- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went into the bank this morning and explained to the lady that I am buying a house and needed the apprasial money to go through because it wasnt pulling. She asked if i had given my morgage lender the account info or my card number. I showed her my card and she wouldnt give it back because it didnt have a chip in it.. She said that they would shred it.. When i said i would take it home and shred it. She refused to give it to me...I felt it was her way of saying I cant do anything with my private property... If thats what you call good customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.By Joshua Domer, January 23, 2017
