  Literally wish there was a 0 star rating. The rudest company I ever dealt with. Ruth couldn't tell me how to set up an account for my husband to start paying back bills because she couldn't give out that information since it's against the law even though I didn't ask for any information (I have it all) I just needed to know where to go online and set up the account. Also I asked how to disput something and she couldn't tell me how to do that cause that would be illegal for her to tell me. She sat and yelled at me on the phone. Guess they don't want their money to bad.

  I have never been treated poorly by my contact, or anyone else I have spoken with. I treat them with respect, and receive the same in return. Having to chase people for money is a tough job.

  ive always wondered why i could never get a car a home ect so i joined credit karma to look and see . for some odd reason i have many medical bills and this Company as the debt collector . i called and asked about these bills i also asked for some kind of photo ID or anything that can link me to all this medical debt and they done have any . i then called the hospital billing to see what they can do as of 2016 they take IDs due to people using others Identity to obtain drugs .... you would think that with that said they would remove the bills i have took my part for two bills i know are mine the others still there with no proof of identity
